We had a good time celebrating the fathers in our lives today. We made Aaron french toast for breakfast and the kids gave him his gift as soon as he woke up. We had a nice day at church where Aaron got to have snack time in the nursery with Logan. What a treat!! The nursery leaders made nice little cards for each of the dads with pictures of the kids. Kaya decorated a hankerchief with her footprint at church and brought home a can of Dad's Rootbeer for a gift. I cooked up yummy Cafe Rio style salads for dinner and we made homemade mint chip ice cream for dessert. The kids even decorated a cake all by themselves!! (Except for the writing - Mom had to do that) We talked to our dads and Aaron's grandpa on the phone and are now enjoying a relaxing evening. We hope your families had a nice day honoring your fathers!
