Happy Birthday Nick!!!

Today is Aaron's brother Nick's BIRTHDAY!! We have been lucky enough to have "Uncle Nick" taking up residence in our basement since last September. The kids have enjoyed having their uncle around and I've enjoyed having an extra babysitter and dishwasher! Ladies, Nick is very single and quite available! He will make a great husband for the gal lucky enough to catch him. Do you know any one we can set him up with?? Happy Birthday!!

7 Months Old

Emily is 7 months old today. I can't believe how quickly the past 7 months have flown by. I was looking at pictures of her this morning and she's looking more and more like a toddler and less like a baby. She's really turned into a little chunky monkey as of late. She's getting herself around but isn't necessarily crawling yet. It's pretty funny to watch. Logan was a speed crawler at this age. Emily is just content to get to where she's going - one way or the other and enjoy the sights along the way! I put her hair up into some little "piggies" this morning. She looked so cute!!

Children's Musuem

Kaya's preschool class went on a field trip to the Discovery Gateway Children's Museum this past week. Admission was $3 per kid and the adults were FREE! What a deal. They only let us stay for 2 hours but it was just enough time to play and explore the museum. Even Emily enjoyed playing in the toddler area. We treated ourselves to some lunch afterwards at Panda Express. It was really good to get out of the house. Kaya had been sick most of the week and was finally feeling better. She missed 2 days of school with a high fever. I'm looking forward to getting back on schedule Monday morning. We just received our paperwork in the mail to register Kaya for Kindergarten!!! I can't believe my little girl is getting so big. It happens so fast!!!
