Okay, so I'm putting this question out to my faithful bloggers - Should I cut Emily's hair?? Miss Emily came out with a full head of hair and has only lost a little around the signature reverse Friar Tuck hairline. Her full head of hair has been her trademark but she's got this funky baby comb-over/mullet/side burns thing going on. I've trimmed her bangs to keep them out of her eyes, but I keep thinking I should take her in and get everything trimmed up and evened out. Her new hair growth is coming in lighter like the big kids. When Logan's hair got to this point it was no big deal to cut it since he was a boy. Kaya was close to one before her hair was long enough to really do anything with. So what do you think? Should I get it cut by a professional (Not brave enough to do it myself) or just let it grow?
I would trim the mullet up and leave everything else. Just try sweeping it to the side and behind her ears. Maybe using a super lightweight hair creme.
I am the wrong person to ask. Chris always wants to cut the kids hair when they are babies because of the funny looking factor. I never let him, only to look back in pictures and wonder why we didn't. Still even now he says it with Lily and I won't let him touch her hair. It is almost like a right of passage now!
I would let it grow. Be creative. All babies go through this stage! Just have patience. She's a baby - only once. Enjoy!! You'll have plenty of time later for haircuts.
Kaya (Pronounced Kai-a) is 6 years old and 110% girl. She loves anything to do with being a princess, getting dressed up, playing pretend, and cooking with Mommy. She likes to go geocaching with Daddy to find "prizes" and LOVES being a big sister.
Logan
Logan is 4 years old and loves trains. He is very athletic and loves to run, jump, swing, and play. He has quite the imagination and often acts out scenes from his favorite movies.
Emily
Emily is 2 years old. She is quite the talker and is very smart. She loves to be outside and adores her older siblings. Emily loves Elmo and babies. She's one smart cookie!
Colton
Colton is our little man cub. He evened up the score with 2 boys and 2 girls. He's one happy baby full of smiles and sweet cooing noises. He's also one BIG kid!!

No - try and wait it out! I had the same issues with Sara and it drove me nuts!!! It will grow. :)
Shag it out baby!
I would let it grow. Put it up in a little hair bobby. Meeya's is/was the same way. It will grow.
Cut that mullet. I would like to cut Ettoiles hair too but Britt wont let me...
