Kaya's First Day of Preschool

Today was Kaya's first day of pre-school. She has been looking forward to going to school all year long and was VERY excited for the day to finally be here. We had a meet & greet open house today and tomorrow will be her first official day (With NO Mom there). Kaya is a very social little girl and will greatly benefit from having school 3 days a week, especially in the winter when we can't really go outside to play. Here's a picture from her first day:

YEA!!! So I don't know how it is for you but has your whole atmosphere in your home changed when she is gone?
When my kids are gone on there different days everything is so different. Much calmer. I love preschool!

Congrats on cutting the umbilical cord a little bit... J/K. Ettoile, we feel, has progressed a great deal with kid to kid interaction at daycare. We look forward to getting her in pre-school, she's already on a waiting list. Is that a Gymboree outfit? That's Britt's favorite expensive store (and Mom's too... luckily...)

Exciting! I keep reading all these blogs where everyone is sending their kids to school and preschool and feel like that will never be us. But Natalie won't be little forever!
